“Obstacles, doubters and mistakes can all be overcome with hard work and perseverance” This is the advice that Anshar NH used to believe until he attained success. For those of you who aren’t familiar with Anshar, he is an Abu Dhabi based entrepreneur with origins from Trichur District’s Vadakkekad of Kerala, who owns some of Abu Dhabi’s highly prospering organizations.
Ten years of Anshar’s perseverance, time and money gave birth to the DRT Group of Companies. The popular Destination Management Company, Desert Rose Tourism was his first venture and is one of Abu Dhabi’s most successful travel firms. What started out as a small venture to provide people with worthy and hassle-free travel options has now become a leading name in UAE’s leisure travel scene. This entrepreneur’s forward-thinking skills and remarkable capability to maintain calm in an accelerating business environment have helped him take his business to unimaginable heights while creating a global presence. Being a proficient technocrat, Anshar combined his strong technical knowledge and business execution tactics to properly plan and execute his ventures and numerous online projects. He also owns Golden Shine Facility Management LLC, a company that assists businesses and personal home-owners to properly manage their facilities.
Apart from being a genius entrepreneur, Anshar NH is also a dedicated blogger who thoroughly enjoys travelling. When asked about what is his favourite part of being a successful entrepreneur, Anshar replied “Being a mentor for an enthusiastic team is always a precious experience. It is humbling to be acknowledged for the dedication and hard work of your entire team with regards to excellent service and unique outcomes.”
Creates Momentous Milestones in Unprecedented Times
With over a decade in the Abu Dhabi travel scene, its Anshar’s true leadership qualities that steered Desert Rose Tourism to win numerous prestigious accolades for its unique tours and praiseworthy customer services. The company is also a proud owner of one of TripAdvisor’s most reputed honours, the Travelers’ Choice Award for five consecutive years from 2016 to 2021. The winners for the award were unbiasedly selected after considering reviews left by real-life customers and anonymous voting. The 2020 and 2021 awards came as a surprise because many businesses were in tough waters during this time. But Desert Rose didn’t have to go through much because Anshar carefully spearheaded the company through the tough times.
Adapts to New Normal with Zero Layoff
The COVID-19 pandemic took its toll on all aspects of the economy but wreaked havoc in the Travel and hospitality sector. Thanks to Anshar NH’s adaptive thinking, Desert Rose Tourism became one of the very few companies that were able to gracefully overcome the outbreak by adjusting their policies and regulations. The amazing thing is that Desert Rose was able to survive the pandemic’s consequences without any significant layoff.
