The purpose of this workshop: the role of women in industry and access to entrepreneurship. The Minister wanted to hear about their backgrounds and their suggestions for improving the conditions of access to male deemed chains and key positions in companies. Many proposals have been made. The minister now wants to make them operational and will start thinking in this direction.
Delphine mentioned the education system’s importance and the need to have clear models for motivating young people to pursue careers difficult to access.
