Sygic GPS Navigation is an offline application based on high quality TomTom maps stored directly on the phone. The app, available for iPhone and Android, has just achieved an impressive 30 million unique users. Sygic’s CEO Michal Stencl sees several reasons for this success. “Sygic GPS Navigation has a proven record as a high quality app. It was rated with four stars out of five by over 110,000 Android users, which makes it the highest rated premium navigation available on Google Play. Our company was the first to provide turn-by-turn navigation for iOS platform and today our apps are ranking Top 20 in the Navigation category in more than 40 countries,” he says.
Another big plus for Sygic users are the free maps updates that are included in the lifetime license. This means that the app is a onetime investment with no additional costs. Sygic GPS Navigation is the app of choice for customers seeking the best quality/price ratio.
Because Sygic is an offline app, long trips or travelling abroad is no problem. The app has a full range of advanced features – including lane guidance, junction view, multi-stop routes, voice instructions that include street names and of course speed camera and speed limit warnings. Compared to regular navigation devices and apps, Sygic app is the only one with realistic 3D buildings and landscape for easy orientation.
