SNG Employment and Facilities Services is the “first and only” in the UAE to receive rigorous certification from GREEN CLEANING Network – the cleaning industry’s greening.
GREEN CLEANING Network promotes GREEN CLEANING adoption in schools and universities, health care, sports facilities, government and commercial office buildings, hospitality and lodging, retail, multi-family, and a variety of other institutional and commercial settings.
SNG COO, Mr. Khaldun Aburok, commented on receiving the certificate, saying, “We play a major role in the FM industry and also in line with UAE’s strategy 2050, which is to produce an ambitious 75% of its energy requirements from clean sources by 2050. The strategy also seeks to establish the UAE as a global hub for clean energy and the green economy.”
When compared to competing products or services that serve the same purpose, GREEN CLEANING products or services are less harmful to the environment and to human health. SNG has also met various criteria, with a focus on sustainable cleaning practices, in order to comply. This included putting in place standard operating procedures for efficient cleaning. With nearly 50 years of experience, we are proud to be the Middle East’s first and only GREEN CLEANING certified company.
As a result of the certification, it is easier for SNG’s potential customers to find a contractor who understands the importance of sustainability and is prepared to provide professional services. Furthermore, SNG will continue to evaluate new environmentally friendly products as they enter the market. We recognize that the cleaning industry is constantly evolving in terms of technology, and we intend to incorporate these advancements into our cleaning services as they become available.
It was thorough and rigorous, and it assisted us in standardizing our cleaning program in every building with a commitment to sustainability and green cleaning. SNG continuously works with Ashkin Group by training the workforce to maximize sustainable approaches in service delivery. The goal is to create a safer workplace environment while reducing operating costs and operating more efficiently.
