S7 passengers can now travel from Moscow, via a convenient connection in Madrid, to La Palma, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria. The new flights commenced on 1 June 2013.
The flights will be via Airbus A320 aircraft from the S7 and Iberia fleets, with both economy and business class cabins. Madrid Airport is one of the hubs of the oneworld alliance.
Flights on the Moscow–Madrid route will leave up to 16 times per week. The two airlines already operate joint flights from Moscow to Malaga, Alicante, Tenerife and Mallorca.
Spain is a key destination in the S7 Airlines European route network. Besides flights to Madrid, the company also makes direct flights to Alicante and Valencia all year round, and during the summer period to Palma de Mallorca.
