ROSHEN Corporation always has been adherent to the all rules of confectionary products certification and has been strictly following the all required sanitary norms, in accordance with the requirements of public regulatory documentation of Ukraine and the Russian Federation. Besides, the certification procedures of each operational production site, where confectionary products are being produced for the Russian market import, have been always strictly followed in the required terms, and to the date, ROSHEN Corporation has never obtained any claims, notices from the Russian Federation certification authorities, the evidence of which is the existence of all the required proving documentation.
The Production units of ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation are all certified in accordance with the requirements of the international quality and food safety standards ISO 22000:2005. The enterprises of ROSHEN Corporation apply a quality management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, thus each Factory of the Corporation has the “Certificate of Conformity”. All products of ROSHEN Corporation, being sold on the CIS countries markets, are produced with the application of the cut-edge technologies. Operation of the modern high quality equipment, having no analogous on the Eastern-European market, strict compliance with manufacturing methods, use of only high quality raw materials in confectionery production has been a must and a key advantage of ROSHEN products.
For a 15 year period ROSHEN Corporation has been supplying markets of Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, the USA, Canada, Germany, Israel and others with its confectionary products, and has never obtained any claims from the customs authorities on either a violation of cargo execution procedures, or customs cargo declarations. ROSHEN Corporation declares its readiness to a constructive cooperation with every controlling and inspection authorities, including those of the Russian Federation, in order to examine and clear claims, existing from their side.
Currently, ROSHEN Corporation is trying to reach the Federal Service on Customers’ Rights Protection and Human Well-being Surveillance of the Russian Federation to be able to provide all the information, allowing to clear and settle the existing situation.
