On Wednesday, 4th of May 2022 the rapper debuted the intimate artwork for his forthcoming album titled Nascar Records presents: “Dear Money” with credits to himself on an instagram post with “…” as the caption and “coming soon as the post location.
Is this Nascaroberts finally coming out of hibernation?
After spending most of 2021 paralyzed the rapper hinted that he has not stopped working on new music and improving his sound. Until after a speedy recovery late in the year (2021) fans have been anticipating a release/feature from the rapper but nothing was released, instead his whole catalogue was removed from all digital and live stores in early 2022 with no elaboration.
Only to find out that Nascaroberts got out of his distribution contract with his former record label and decided to start afresh under new management, “Nascar Records” his own record label where he serves as a Co-Founder and CEO.
Despite the drama that Nascaroberts faced in 2021, 2022 seems to be his year with multiple improvements and changes in his artistic image and sound as the world awaits to hear what he has in store for us. It is indeed a “new year, new rob” as mentioned in his interview with True Life Magazine.
