The PMB range was developed by research center of LUKOIL’s wholly owned subsidiary, LUKOIL Lubricants Company. Today the specialists of R&D center elaborated over twenty types of new generation bitumens.
LUKOIL’s refineries in Perm, Volgograd and Nizhny Novgorod have already been upgraded to produce petroleum bitumens, complying with the current Russian industry standard 33133-2014. As production of PMBs starts, LUKOIL will provide road building contractors with a wide range of products conforming to highest international standards and enabling higher quality of road pavement.
