On February 24, 2022, Russia carried out a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine, which radically changed the country’s economy, suspended the activities of many businesses and, of course, affected the real estate market. Despite the difficulties of wartime, the construction of the Besora complex continues.
Briefly about Besora
Besora Hill House is a premium segment cottage complex on the slopes of the Carpathians with a total area of 5 hectares and hotel infrastructure. Construction of the first phase of 8 buildings began in November 2021 on the territory of the village of Slavske.
The uniqueness of the project lies in its complete environmental friendliness. Within a radius of 100 km from Slavsky, there is not a single industrial enterprise with harmful waste, the houses themselves are built from energy-saving eco-panels using straw, and the territory of Besora Hill House is surrounded by natural landscapes, the clean air of the Carpathian forest and the majesty of the Ukrainian mountains Trostyan, Pohar and Pysan.
Two partners are involved in the financing and implementation of the eco-town project. The first is the Qiuntex Bank Technology international banking group with territorial coverage of Great Britain and Canada, as well as European countries. Another co-founder of the Besora cottage complex is the Japanese company Umi Group.
3 reasons why we continue to build Besora Hill House
Pre-war prices
The Besora company is currently trying to accumulate financial resources and minimize the number of expenses in order to maintain a fixed pre-war price for the first phase of the project. So right now future investors have a chance to buy a liquid cottage in the Carpathians, the value of which will increase with each stage of the construction of the eco-town.
Post-war demand for suburban real estate
Although the problem of the Covid-19 pandemic and quarantine measures has receded into the background against the background of the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine, it has not disappeared. In connection with this, indicators of domestic tourism, with a trend towards recreation and life in nature, have skyrocketed in recent years.
Reports of other virus outbreaks make it clear that the demand for homes and country hotels that are located in the natural environment will only grow.
Development of a local tourist product
Besora Hill House partners emphasize that investing in tourism during the war will pay off well after we win. After all, the whole world has already learned about Ukraine as a unique, brave and multifaceted country.
Further, we can only predict a significant increase in interest in our country among foreigners, and the Carpathians in this case can become our main calling card. The Besora team is actively working to make the eco-town the most popular tourist spot in the Lviv region.
Development prospects
After the commissioning of the first eight cottages, the construction of the second phase of the complex will begin. If in the first we lay the philosophy of seclusion and unity with nature, then in the second we complement all this with various services for a more comfortable and quality rest in our complex.
So, by 2025, 42 individual cottages, a restaurant, a SPA center and a helipad are planned to be built on the territory of Besora Hill House. An additional object for investment will be 5 apart-hotels with a modern minimalist design.
Besora is your investment in the development of Ukraine
Financing of Besora Hill House is a good opportunity to join the development of the local tourism product of Ukraine together with investment players from the international pool. Having entered into a long-term cooperation agreement, you will have the opportunity to rent out your own cottage for vacationing tourists in the ski region.
