Hickory-Morganton-Lenoir, NC – The economic recovery can be a double-edged sword – especially if your self-storage facility fell into disrepair during the economic downturn, or faces competition from a new self-storage facility. Self-storage facility refurbishing with components from BETCO, a single-source self-storage building manufacturer based in Statesville, NC, could be your key to staying competitive in today’s rapidly recovering marketplace.
“In the self-storage industry, image is everything. Owners of older facilities have to step up their game,” explained John Barnard, Inside Sales Manager, BETCO, Inc. “The appearance of your self-storage facility attracts potential customers, gives them confidence that their property will be secure, and gives them an overall impression about the quality of your facility. If your competitor’s buildings look better than yours, it’s time for a makeover. And self-storage refurbishing with BETCO is a smart and affordable way to keep your facility attractive, up-to-date and competitive.”
BETCO manufactures all the components to bring your facility back to its full glory, including roll-up and garage doors, trim options, metal roofing and siding, wall panels, customized metal parts and other components. Self-storage refurbishing not only makes your facility look better; it also may help increase rental rates and occupancies, reduce maintenance, eliminate leaks and could be eligible for a tax write-off.
If you’d like to add on to your facility, BETCO’s on-site engineers would help design a building on your property, build the structures and roll-up doors in their Statesville, NC facility, then erect the building with a BETCO-trained installation team.
