Anoixi Energy Solution Ltd, a Uganda-based renewable energy company focused on AI-optimized solar, wind, hydro and water solutions, has been accepted into EquityPilot, a FasterCapital program supporting early-stage execution and fundraising readiness. FasterCapital will work with Anoixi Energy Solutions Ltd to refine its execution plan, accelerate go-to-market activities, and prepare the company for next-stage scaling.
FasterCapital’s EquityPilot will concentrate on execution milestones and initial go-to-market priorities for the first 30–60 days, helping Anoixi Energy Solutions Ltd sharpen commercial readiness and refine investor-facing materials.
East Africa’s renewable energy market is expanding as governments and businesses seek reliable, lower-cost alternatives to diesel and biomass. Uganda’s electrification gaps, agricultural water needs, and growing interest in decentralised systems are creating demand for integrated energy and water solutions. Anoixi’s blend of solar PV, storage, small-scale wind, and solar water treatment enhanced by AI-driven monitoring targets those market needs.
What the Startup Delivers?
Anoixi Energy Solutions Ltd offers end-to-end renewable energy and water systems including commercial and residential solar PV, PAYG models for households, community mini-grids, solar water pumping and treatment solutions, small-scale wind turbines, hybrid systems, and AI-enabled remote monitoring and predictive maintenance. The company sells equipment such as inverters, batteries, solar modules and pumps and is seeking to scale installations and O&M services across Uganda and neighboring markets.
Why Now?
Technology costs have declined while regional policy support and donor interest in off-grid and community-scale systems have increased. Concurrently, demand for resilient water and energy services especially for smallholder agriculture and public institutions creates openings for integrated providers that can combine hardware with AI-enabled operations.
What FasterCapital Will Provide?
– Execution-focused mentorship to refine Anoixi’s near-term installation and service roadmaps
– Support in sharpening go-to-market messaging and investor materials without guaranteeing funding
– Connections to regional stakeholders and advisors relevant to energy and water projects
– Guidance on fundraising readiness and pitch refinement – Assistance in prioritizing technology and product development choices for scalability
Program Plan (first 30–60 days)
FasterCapital and Anoixi Energy Solutions Ltd will begin with a focused assessment of current projects, commercial pipeline and operational readiness. Initial work will prioritize refining project execution templates, standardizing O&M offerings, and developing a concise investor pack and demo materials for prospective supporters.
