In 2012, the “I-Teco” received a certificate Associate Consultant Programme (ACP) Membership № CIS-002 for services related to the standard ISO / IEC 20000:2011 «Information technology. Systems Management (ITSM)». The “I-Teco” was second in the CIS company to receive a certificate of participation programs associated consultants BSI, and the first company providing consulting services related to ISO / IEC 20000:2011.
A year later, the company BSI conducted another routine audit of the provision of consulting services. During the audit assessed the role of leadership in managing the provision of consulting services, rules and regulations. Much attention was paid to process maturity according to the criteria of repeatability, documentation, handling, performance monitoring and improvement of the consultants. The outcome of the audit was the party certificate program for 2013-2014.
