Burda Romania’s existing portfolio with brands such as the country´s best selling title Practic in bucatarie (Cooking), Casa Lux (Living), Ioana (Women), Gradina mea de vis (Gardening) and others will be enriched with internationally renowned titles such as Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Esquire,Men’s Health, Auto Motor and Sport or National Geographic. The transaction is subject to approval under cartel law.
