The Quality Mark of Certified Trustworthy Company is awarded to BlauStein in recognition of meeting the certification criteria, which pertain to five core values: integrity, independence, reliability, sustainability, and professionalism; as well as to five conditions: internal organisation, systems, procedures, expertise and training, and management’s leadership and commitment towards integrity and ethical behaviour.
The Quality Mark of Certified Trustworthy Company is awarded by the Stichting AQTO (Assured Quality & Trustworthy Organisations) in early 2016. BlauStein is one of the first Dutch corporate service providers that have obtained the Quality Mark. The Stichting AQTO is the independent quality mark institute for Holland Quaestor members. Holland Quaestor (HQ) is a trade association for corporate service providers in the Netherlands, which aims to endorse the importance of ethical capital transactions and preventing and combating tax and other types of fraud, money laundering and terrorism financing.
The objectives of the Quality Mark are to increase professionalism of corporate service providers, provide an objective guarantee of quality, increase the sector’s credibility among stakeholders, and to make people aware of the structural changes to the sector. Acquiring the Quality Mark is therefore crucial for BlauStein as it helps further our mission of changing the general perception of the financial sector. It also provides an assurance to our clients, and the society as a whole, that BlauStein ensures its ethical operational management and compliance with professional standards in providing its high-quality services to its clients.
