Acer has consistently been the trusted brand of choice for Victoria Police. In Q4 2013 Victoria Police conducted a market test utilizing the Victorian whole-of-government process which was a hotly contested process by all the leading IT hardware vendors. Focusing on reliability, performance, features, and after-sales services, the deal marks an important recognition of the strength of the Acer brand in the government sector.
“Acer is of course very happy to have been selected once again as the successful supplier and we are honored to be extending this strong relationship with Victoria Police for another term. Being recognized by Victoria Police as a trusted and reliable hardware and service provider is hugely important to Acer and further demonstrates our commitment to the government sector,” said Rod Bassi, Sales Director at Acer Oceanic Region.
