A350 XWB at McKinley Climatic Lab in Florida for more extreme weather tests


Over the next couple of weeks the aircraft and its various systems and cabin installations will be subjected to the extreme hot and cold temperatures that the unique facility can sustain in a testing environment. Kazakhstan’s first Earth observation satellite has been placed successfully in orbit


KazEOSat-1 (formerly known as DZZ-HR), the Republic of Kazakhstan’s first Earth observation satellite, was successfully launched last night on board a Vega launcher from the European Spaceport in Kourou (French Guiana). It is in a low Sun-synchronous orbit (about 700 km from Earth), from which it will operate, and has sent the first operational signal. Airbus Helicopters completes deliveries of EC135s to Turkey’s THK Gökçen Aviation for emergency medical services


Handover of the milestone EC135 occurred at Airbus Helicopters’ Donauwörth, Germany production facility, where the twin-engine rotorcraft is assembled. Thales to provide component services for Airberlin Group
