Opening Keynote with Mike Ettling and Stefan Ries – “The Future is in the Clouds for HR”
Tuesday, October 21, at 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. CET
Mike Ettling, president of HR line of business at SuccessFactors, an SAP company, and Stefan Ries, CHRO and member of the Global Managing Board of SAP, will kick off the event with a view of what is happening in business today; what HR must do to keep pace with a highly mobile, increasingly global, multigenerational workforce; and what role HR, supported with the right technology, can play in delivering the business outcomes on which companies measure their success. They will be joined on stage by customer KBL European Private Bankers.

General Keynote & Panel – “Workforce 2020: Building a Strategic Workforce for the Future”

In a dynamic, global economy, no issue matters more than finding and retaining the right talent. Oxford Economics recently surveyed 2,700 executives and 2,700 non-executive employees including millennials worldwide to learn how the two groups see workplace issues and each other. Global and EMEA results from the research will be presented by Andrew Tessler, associate director at Oxford Economics.
